Happy Birthday Tom Holland! In 2008, Holland played Billy Elliot in the musical. He started acting on screen in J.A. Bayona’s The Impossible where he played Lucas. Lucas is the young son, played by Holland, who has to make his way with his mother, Maria (Naomi Watts) through the tsunami devastated Thailand. Holland was in Ron Howard’s In the Heart of the Sea as Thomas Nickerson, the young cabin boy survivor of the whaling ship the Essex that inspired Moby Dick.
He played Jack Fawcett in the biographical drama The Lost City of Z (2016). Holland entered genre films playing Peter Parker in Captain America: Civil War (2016) to fan acclaim. He returned to headline in Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). Then, he took part in Avengers: Infinity War (2018). This year, he returned in Avengers: Endgame. Holland continues the MCU with Spider-Man: Far From Home set for release on July 2nd. Happy Birthday Tom Holland!
