Chris Pratt followed his animated role as Peter Quill also known as Star Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy (2014) directed by James Gunn. His next part was as Owen Grady in Jurassic World (2015). He played a version of himself in the kinda adaptation of the cartoon in Jem and the Holograms (2015). Pratt was next the gambler and gunslinger, Josh Faraday, in the remake of Magnificent Seven (2016) directed by Antoine Fuqua. Then, he was in the sci fi film, Passengers (2016), waking up Jennifer Lawrence’s character on their deep space journey. Pratt returned as Star-Lord in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017) reuniting with his father played by Kurt Russell. Then, there was this year’s Avengers: Infinity War where he took on Thanos. He is returned to Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom for director J.A. Bayona. This year, Pratt returned to voice Emmett Brickowski in Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. He was also in the Western The Kid.
